At With Love Pet Services, we understand that every pet and pet owner has unique needs and schedules. To cater to these requirements, we strive to accommodate our clients' distinctive timeframes whenever feasible.

However, to ensure seamless service and availability:

  1. Advance Notice: We kindly request our clients to schedule walks outside of our regular hours with ample notice. This helps us align our resources and ensure the best care for your pets.

  2. Special Timeframes: Please note that walks scheduled during the weekends, early mornings (before 8:00 am), and late evenings (after 8:30 pm) are considered outside of our standard operating hours.

  3. Surcharge: Due to the extended hours and specialized timing, walks during the aforementioned periods will incur an additional surcharge. This surcharge ensures that we can continue to provide top-notch care even during non-standard hours.
